Fly By Light is One Common Unity's flagship youth program, immersing hundreds of youth from D.C. public middle and high schools in a dynamic process of personal transformation. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, our curriculum engages participants in the creative arts, restorative justice, and social emotional literacy while nurturing leadership and communication skills as pathways to violence reduction, academic achievement, and health and wellness.
